Professional Information and Philosophy:
My goal as a real estate professional is to help my clients, whether buyers or sellers, to make the decisions about real estate purchases or sales that will always be in their best interests. I come from a family of Realtors who have helped thousands of buyers and sellers in Southern California for over 75 years. My great grandmother was a Broker on Balboa Island in the 1930s, and all 3 of her sons, including my grandfather, have been California Real Estate Brokers since the 1950s. My mother has been an Orange County Realtor since the early 1970s, and I have been in the business full-time since the early 1990s.

If you eventually need to sell your home before it has appreciated enough to cover your costs of sales, I will list it for you for $1 Listing Commission.
I will communicate with you regularly throughout the process.

I will be honest with you about the value of your home and the net proceeds that you should reasonably expect at the close of escrow. My competitive market anaylsis includes a thorough review and of all comps and current actives that are similar to your home, or would be considered the most likely competition. I will provide my advice on how to best price your property to generate a sale in the time frame that meets your needs.
I will pay for a one-hour consultation with my home stager to make sure that your home is presented to maximize it’s most attractive features, and value!
I will provide you with my recommended resources for any repairs or enhancements that may be needed prior to marketing your home.
I will provide and explain my proven marketing strategy that includes the specifics of how, where and when your property will be marketed, both off and on-line.
I will communicate regularly with you throughout the process.
* In the event that a buyer I am representing decides to buy a listing that I am representing, I will refer one of the parties to another agent to provide full fiduciary representation.
I will help my clients complete all forms and disclosures in a timely manner so that our paper work will stay organized and completed on schedule.
I will keep you informed of my client’s progress with their loan (if buyer) or repairs and moving schedule (if seller.)
- I will always look for ways to solve any surprises or problems that may come up.
If you refer a client to me, I will give them my full attention and keep you informed of our progress, and of course, send you a referral fee as soon as the escrow closes!

Manager for Lido Pacific Group from 1982 to 1993. REO asset management company providing full service portfolio management of REO properties for major lenders including Bank of America, Security Pacific, Beverly Hills Savings, Pacific Savings, First Interstate Bank, American Savings . Managed brokers and sub-contractors to obtain possession, rehab, market and sell REO properties. Developed automated systems to provide detailed reports to keep client lenders fully informed throughout the process.

When my now-grown children were little, I helped establish the Lake Forest II Dolphin Swim Team, worked as a volunteer in their Lake Forest classrooms, drove lots of carpools, and volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader or Co-Leader.
